Tenant FAQs
Answers to your frequently asked questions
-
Can you hold a place before I apply?
Unfortunately no. We do not place properties “on hold”. We take applications on a first come / first served basis. If the application ahead of yours is not approved or the applicants decide not to proceed with the process, we will move on to the next completed application in line until the property is leased. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We offer a multiple options for security deposits. Applicant(s) must be prepared to pay Administrative Fee within 24 hours of a notification of approval. The Administrative Fee is non-refundable. Current Administrative Fee is $250 per unit. Method of fee payment must be approved by Red Team, in advance.
We do not deny Applicants based upon their Credit Scores. However, the Security Deposit needed is affected by the Credit Scores. Also, Red Team offers a zero-deposit option. Approved tenants may purchase a Security Deposit Insurance Policy through one of our partners for a nominal monthly fee instead of a traditional security deposit. Approved Applicants will receive a link to purchase their policy from our partner to begin service. In most cases, within 1 (one) business day, applicants who have presented a Rhino policy or paid a traditional security deposit, will receive a lease for review and signature.
Also, we offer some custom solutions in the event of Applicants with challenging situations. Ask us for more details if you are in this position.
The first full month’s rent and any other deposits / fees are required, prior to taking possession.

If you think you need a co-signer, please contact us and ask if that is an option. In some cases, we are not able to accept a co-signer. Remember, Application Fees are non-refundable. -
