Maintenance
We know that a well-maintained home results in quicker rentals, lower turnovers, and in general, happier tenants! We offer our residents a phone number that is responded to instantly when a Tenant contacts the Maintenance Line. When they do, in most cases there is a troubleshooting process to make sure what problem the Tenant is truly having and is there something they can or should have done to resolve it without sending a Vendor. We coordinate and communicate with the tenants, with you, and vendors for maintenance challenges. Protecting and maintaining your home and your investment is a top priority for us and if the Tenant is at fault, we make sure that they pay for the Maintenance Charge.
Vendor bills and receipts are emailed monthly with Owner Statements and are also available through our online Owner Portal.
